The staging area for vendor placement is located in front of Backstreets Sports Bar. YOU MUST CHECK IN WITH EVENT STAFF.

Vehicles
12:45 pm - 4:00 pm
All vendor vehicles will be allowed in the venue during 12:45 pm - 4:00 pm. Please be cautious of pedestrians and other vendors. NO vehicles will be allowed to re-enter the venue after 4:00 pm.
Event
5:00 pm - 10:00 pm
The official start of Bike Night is at 5:00 pm. Please be respectful of all the vendors and the space you have rented, and be ready for business by 4:30 pm
Breakdown
10:00 pm - 11:30 pm
NO vehicles will be allowed to enter the venue at the end of the night until given clearance by Cape Coral Police Department which is approximately around 10:45 pm.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please do not attempt to place yourself without checking in with a member of the Event Team, and please do not leave equipment, tents, etc. unattended at any time after check-in. Late arrivals will be placed at the discretion of the Event coordinators, there will be NO vendors placed after 3:00 PM.
It is the goal of this division to place vendors in the location of their choosing, but this is not always possible. Please take into consideration the entire size requirements of your booth, and/or trailer, truck, etc. when signing up for your space.
Vendors are responsible for their trash. DO NOT leave boxes and garbage bags, on the street when you leave. Trash left in your space can and will result in additional fees. There is a large dumpster conveniently onsite for trash disposal. NO WEAPONS WILL BE PERMITTED TO BE SOLD/RAFFLED! The Special Events Staff have the right to not allow a vendor to sell items that are deemed unsafe or not appropriate for the event. Subleasing your space is prohibited. Vendors that don’t comply will be removed from the event with no refund.
We are currently at capacity for October Bike Night vendors. A waitlist is available. Thank you for your interest in participating.
Once you have submitted an application an Event Coordinator will confirm your spot.
